Returns and Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Tropics Emporium. We want to make sure your shopping experience is a pleasant one, so if somethings not right, we’re here to help!
In order to return or exchange your purchase, you need to do so within 10 days of receipt of your item. The product must be received by us in the same condition that you received it in. Original tags, box, finish, unworn, undamaged and able to be resold. You shall be responsible for any shipping and handling expenses unless the item is found (upon our inspection) to be deemed factory defective.
After we receive your item, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund if the item is in resellable condition.
Your money will be refunded by the same method you paid for it. This may take between 5 and 10 business days, depending on your payment method.
We do not accept returns on intimates, gift cards, or custom items.

- Order number
- The issue (faulty product, wrong size, etc.)
